C Tony Hrynkiw (Brampton, ON) sparked the Connors State offence against Bacone College this past week going 4-for-5 with 4 R, 2B, BB & 5 RBIs.

1B Ryan Rijo (Barrie, ON) is off to a hot start at New Mexico Junior College hitting .370 with 7 2Bs, 2 HRs & 13 RBIs.

SS Max Hewitt (Midhurst, ON) continues his assault on baseballs in Warner (Oklahoma), hitting .551 on the year.  The line from this past weekend: 8-for-11 with a 2B & 3 RBIs.

OF Nick Howie (Oakville, ON) put together a solid game in Lexington, KY as his EKU Colonials took on the Kentucky Wildcats as he went 2-for-3.

RHP Zach Pop (Brampton, ON) registered his first win this past weekend, going 3 2/3 innings allowing no runs, while striking out 5.

RHP RJ Freure (Burlington, ON) picked up his second win of the year throwing 3 innings allowing zero earned runs, and striking out 4 at a very familiar Holman Stadium in Vero Beach, Florida.

DH Austin Guzzo (Brooklin, ON) drove in three runs including a big 2-run HR to lead the Iowa Hawkeyes to victory on the weekend.

SS Royce Ando (Mississauga, ON) had a strong showing this weekend in Greensboro, NC going 4-for-11 with 4 R, 2B, HR & 4 RBIs to help Michigan State win the series against UNC – Greenboro.

RHP Christian Botnick (Brampton, ON) picked up his first win of the young season, working 2/13 innings for UBC as they defeated reigning champion Lewis & Clark.

OF Matt Jones (Bowmanville, ON) returned to the field this weekend for the Evansville Purple Aces picking up a hit and RBI in his first game back against Southern Mississippi.

OF Daniel Szpik (Toronto, ON) put together a solid weekend for the Florida Tech Panthers going 3-for-7 with 2 R, 2B, HR & 3 RBIs.

2B Ryan Grippo (Toronto, ON) lead the way for DePauw University as they opened their season going 2-for-5 with 2 R, 2B & RBI.

OF Sean McVeigh (Mississauga, ON) fell just shy of the cycle for Frank Phillips College this week, going 3-for-4 with a 1B, 2B , & HR while being HBP twice in a 17-11 win over Seward County.

C Reese O’Farrell (Burlington, ON) lead the way for Howard College this weekend going 4-for-8 with a 3B & 4 RBIs.  O’Farrell is now hitting .368 on the year, with a HR & 6 RBIs.
