HIGH PERFORMANCE PITCHING LESSON
These lessons will focus on advanced pitching mechanics using slow motion video, spin rates, consistent release points and much more using Rapsodo technology. Our goal will be getting the most power out of the player, teaching him all the tools needed to be successful at the next level. Giving him controlled explosiveness, and an understanding of situational pitching.
1 Lesson: $100 +HST - 4 Lesson Package: $375 +HST - 8 Lesson Package: $725 +HST
