Francis brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Ontario Blue Jays. Having coached many programs across Ontario, learning different styles and coaching methods along the way. Francis has been running the Ontario Blue Jays Sandlot Program since its inception and has done a tremendous job preparing the youth for whats to come.
As a player, Francis played for the North York Blues from Mosquito all the way to the Junior Division.
He attended Lake Michigan College as a 23 year old freshman in 2003. A personal achievement to play college baseball and earn the starting catching spot after he started coaching in 2001.
This season is Francis' eighth season with the Ontario Blue Jays organization. Since his first year, Francis has been involved with youth development preparing various 14/15U teams for their futures.
Francis has gained an abundance of coaching experience from different organizations all over Ontario.
