Administrative and development staff
Player development with OBJ is driven by a group of dedicated professional level coordinators who are talented in their craft and passionate about teaching the game. Position specific coordinators work alongside the Director of Player Development to administer and execute specific practices plans in a progression that allows players to develop year-round.
