Cole Patrick signs with Florida Tech

The Ontario Blue Jays are excited to announce that OF Cole Patrick (Markham, ON) has committed to further his academic and baseball career at Florida Institute of Technology (NCAA DII - Melbourne, FL). Cole joined OBJ while attending Markham District High School as a 16 year old and has played a significant role in each OBJ team he has suited up for. 

Patrick will head to Florida Tech, a place where many OBJ players have called home joining a Panther program that competes in one of the toughest conference is Division II baseball. Patrick has spent time with the Canadian Junior National Team as well as multiple season with the OBJ Collegiate Program which will leave him prepared to step right into a impact role for the Panthers beginning this Fall.

Patrick will be the sixth Ontario Blue Jays player to attend Florida Institute of Technology.
