Future Stars Series Scout Day Announced

For the first time, the Ontario Blue Jays will be opening up their Future Stars Series Scout Day to the PUBLIC.  OBJ has been affiliated with the Future Stars Series powered by Program 15 for the past 3 years and have seen players excel as a result of their variety of events.  The Future Stars Series is more than just a scouting service but a partner of the Ontario Blue Jays working with players both on and off the field.  This will be the first Future Stars Series open event in Canada!

At this FSS Scout Day players who attend will take part in Tool Testing, Physical Testing and Baseball Testing with the end result being a Professional Evaluation and Full Scouting Report from an MLB Experienced Scout.  Players who achieve Top Grades Nationally (includes Canada, Puerto Rico, and the United States) will be invited to future events which could included the National Combine in Florida this March, or their premier event, the International Games in September which was held last year at Fenway Park in Boston.

Past players at the International Games from Ontario includes: David Calabrese (Arkansas), Dasan Brown (Texas A&M, Toronto Blue Jays), Jaden Brown (Kentucky), Blake Buckle (Northwest Florida State), Lukas Barry (St. Louis), Evan Chenier (Virginia Commonwealth), and Caden Griffin (Missouri).
