Pettener to attend Rend Lake

The Ontario Blue Jays are excited to announce that 3B Sean Pettener (Hamilton, ON) has committed to further his academic and baseball career at Rend Lake College (NJCAA D1- Ina, IL).  Pettener has been in the Ontario Blue Jays program for two years including seasons at the 17U and 18U level.  Sean was a vital part of the 2019 Ontario Blue Jays 18U team that won the CPBL Championship hitting over .350 in the middle of the lineup throughout the year.

Pettener joins a strong Rend Lake program looking to continue to rise in the competitive Great Rivers Athletic Conference.  He will look to add a consistent bat in the middle of the Warrior line up as a Freshman.

Pettener becomes the third Ontario Blue Jays player to attend Rend Lake College.
